1. Cancellations & Returns Policy
1.1 No Cancellations or Returns for Customized Orders
- EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd does not accept cancellations or returns for MADE TO ORDER or CUSTOMIZED products.
- Ensure you carefully read Product Descriptions before making a purchase.
1.2 Refunds and Exchanges for Sale or Clearance Items
- Items purchased on SALE or CLEARANCE are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All refunds and exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd.
1.3 Cooling-Off Period
As per South African Consumer Protection Laws (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), you have a seven-day cooling-off period after delivery to return an item without penalty. However, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
1.4 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the original invoice and proof of payment.
- Damaged, used, or missing parts (not due to our error) will not be refunded.
