By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations & Returns
EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd will not accept the return or cancellation of an order for any product on the website that is MADE TO ORDER or is of a CUSTOMIZED nature. Please ensure you carefully read the product descriptions to ascertain which products are made to order.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will not be permitted on PROMOTIONAL / SALE and / or CLEARANCE items
All refunds or exchanges will be granted at EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd’s discretion
AS per the electronic communications and transactions Act – consumers have a general right to return (a ‘cooling off period’), for seven days after delivery, for any reason, without penalty, however, the consumer will be liable for the costs of returning the goods.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have bought from us, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to levy a 15% administration fee for returned or cancelled orders to recover transactional costs.
Cancellation of online orders after 24 hours and before dispatch will be refunded taking into account 15% administration fee (to recover transactional costs).
EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the Customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, you must produce the invoice & proof of payment and returned to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
EL Shaddai Leather Pty Ltd will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to make arrangements.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/courier costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over R600, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
